Laoganma Grilled Ribs

Prepare all the ingredients. Salt the pork short ribs in advance. Celery. Cut red pepper into pieces. Chopped green onion and garlic, ginger. Prepare a can of Laoganma flavored tempeh. You can also use Laoganma chili sauce and a small piece of Xiaoxu's hot pot base.

Put some salad oil in the pot. Add the ribs when the oil is 50% hot. We fry the excess water out of the ribs. (Fried with a guy on the fire) Start the pot and set aside.

Leave some oil in the pan. Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry. Then add Laoganma flavored tempeh and hot pot base ingredients. A small piece, the hot pot bottom material can also be left, put it on to make its color better, because the flavor of tempeh is a bit dark. Stir-fry the red oil over medium heat.

Add the ribs and stir evenly for 5 minutes

Pour in the water that has not had the ribs and bring it to a boil. Turn to low heat and simmer for one hour.

Add all the side dishes and stir-fry evenly, turn to high heat.

Collect the sauce over the fire, and a crispy and delicious Lao Gan Ma grilled pork ribs is ready.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds according to your taste. This taste is really original and delicious.
Tips:
If we don’t like to deep-fry the ribs. We can blanch the water first.
