Potatoes have the effects of harmonizing the stomach, regulating the middle, invigorating the spleen, and replenishing qi. It also has therapeutic effects on gastric ulcers, habitual constipation, hot cough and skin eczema. The cellulose contained in potatoes is delicate and has no stimulating effect on the gastrointestinal mucosa, and has the effect of relieving pain or reducing gastric acid secretion. Eating potatoes has become an adjuvant therapy to prevent and treat gastric cancer.

Laoganma Potato Chips

1. Prepare the potatoes.

2. Peel and slice potatoes.

3. Soak and wash potato chips.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

5. Add potato chips.

6. Stir fry a few times.

7. Add Laoganma chili sauce.

8. Stir-fry with a little water.

9. With salt.

10. Stir fry with chicken essence and chives.

11. Plate.

Tips:

1. After the potatoes are sliced, add water to soak and wash to remove some of the flour.
2. When frying, it is dry, add more oil or water to stir fry together.
3. Add Lao Ganma to have more appetizer.
