Laoganma Potato Chips

Prepare the potatoes.
2.
Peel and slice potatoes.
3.
Soak and wash potato chips.
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.
5.
Add potato chips.
6.
Stir fry a few times.
7.
Add Laoganma chili sauce.
8.
Stir-fry with a little water.
9.
With salt.
10.
Stir fry with chicken essence and chives.
11.
Plate.
Tips:
1. After the potatoes are sliced, add water to soak and wash to remove some of the flour.
2. When frying, it is dry, add more oil or water to stir fry together.
3. Add Lao Ganma to have more appetizer.
