Laoganma Potato Chips

1. Peel and slice potatoes for later use

2. Put oil in the pan, add the chopped green onion when the oil is 70% hot, and fry the potato slices for 1 minute.

3. Put 2 tablespoons of Lao Ganma's hot sauce, salt and chicken essence.

4. Stir-fry them until they taste delicious (potatoes that like crispy can be served directly out of the pot, if the potatoes are more noodles, they can be fried with a little water). Sprinkle some chives at the end.
