Laoganma Tempeh Ribs

Ribs are cleaned and set aside.

Add ginger soy sauce with a little salt and sugar and marinate for a while.
3.
Cut the taro hob into pieces, add a pinch of salt, and marinate in Laoganma tempeh sauce for a while.
4.
Put a little black bean sauce on top of the ribs and taro.
5.
Add a little water to the electric pressure cooker and steam for 20 minutes.
6.
Delicious pork ribs with soft waxy taro.
