Laotan Sauerkraut Stewed Beef Brisket Noodles
1.
Prepare the ingredients, wash the sirloin and cut into pieces, chopped green onion and garlic slices.
The noodles are Ajisen Ramen bought in the supermarket, and the old sauerkraut comes in bags.
2.
Add a spoonful of cooking wine to the water and blanch the sirloin.
3.
In a new pot, add green onions, garlic, ginger powder, pepper powder, bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon, dark soy sauce and chicken powder. After the water is boiled, add the sirloin cubes and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Small pieces of sirloin are easily cooked. If there is hawthorn, put one in, which will deodorize and help the beef to become rotten.
4.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté the fragrant garlic slices and dried chilies, pour in the old altar sauerkraut and stir fry.
5.
Add a little cooking wine, light soy sauce and sugar and mix thoroughly.
6.
Pour the beef broth and beef cubes, add a small amount of salt, and turn to a low heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Helps to mix the taste of sauerkraut and beef broth.
7.
Boil the noodles in boiling water and remove the cold water after they are cooked.
8.
Put the noodles in a bowl, pour the sauce, top the sirloin and old sauerkraut, sprinkle some dried chili and chopped green onion, and it's fine.
You can also put some blanched greens, and then add some hot oil to increase the fragrance.
After mixing the noodles to absorb the sauce, the color will turn into a beautiful golden color, which I took before mixing.
Tips:
1. The sirloin is easy to be cooked by cutting into small pieces. If there is hawthorn, put in one to relieve the smell and help the beef to become rotten.
2. Add salt afterwards, otherwise the meat will become hard. The amount of salt should be increased or decreased according to the saltiness of the old sauerkraut.
