Large Plate Chicken

Cut the whole chicken into pieces.

Boil in the water.
3.
Peel the carrots, wash and cut into pieces with a hob.
4.
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces with a hob.

Remove the seeds of the green pepper, wash and cut into sections.
6.
Add oil in a hot pan, add Pixian Douban and stir-fry to get the red oil.

Add the blanched chicken nuggets and stir fry.
8.
Stir fry until the oil comes out.

Add green onion and ginger, stir fry the star anise evenly.
10.
Add carrots and potato wedges and stir-fry evenly.
11.
Finally add the remaining seasoning (the water is almost over the chicken nuggets) and stir fry evenly.
12.
Cover and simmer over medium heat for 25 minutes.
13.
Add the green pepper and stir fry evenly.
14.
Turn to high heat and collect the juice out of the pot.
