Large Plate Chicken

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the green and red peppers and cut into pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces for later use.

Wash shallots and ginger, wash and slice for later use.

Heat oil in the pot, add the peppercorns until fragrant and remove.

Add ginger, red onion, star anise, green onion, and chili and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Soak and wash the chicken first, drain the water, pour into the pot and stir fry until the color changes, then fry for 2 minutes.

Add appropriate amount of warm water, preferably without the ingredients, then add light soy sauce and sugar to a boil.

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the cut potato pieces and continue to simmer.

Stew the potatoes until tender.

Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry evenly, then add green and red peppers and stir-fry.

Stir-fry the green and red peppers until they are broken, and then serve them on a plate.
