Lava Bread

Pour water, sugar, salt, milk powder and flour into the bread bucket in turn

Add yeast on the top of the flour, put the bread bucket into the Dongling JD08 bread machine, select the dough mixing program of the bread machine for 10 minutes, and cover the splash cover of the bread bucket, so that you don’t have to worry about the flour when the bread machine is just running. After the first kneading, add butter into small pieces and select the kneading program for 15 minutes

After the dough is made, it will be fermented at room temperature to double its size, about 40-50 minutes, depending on the state of the dough. While waiting for the dough to rise, fry the bacon, dice it, let it cool, and mix well with shredded mozzarella cheese

The dough is twice as large as it is fermented

Take out the dough, divide it into 6 portions, lightly press to exhaust, and cover with plastic wrap after rounding and let it relax for 15 minutes

Roll out the loosened dough into a round shape and put in the filling. Each filling is about 30 grams
