Lazy Baked Dishes-mushroom Baked Rice

Chopped onion, sliced mushrooms, diced small sausage, shredded mozzarella cheese, set aside

Heat up the pan, add a proper amount of butter, pour in the chopped onion and fry after it is boiled, then add mushroom slices, sausage diced and various ingredients and fry to create a flavor

Add rice and stir fry, stir-fry evenly with all the ingredients, add a small amount of salt, tomato sauce, and finally sprinkle some black pepper

Put the fried rice out and spread mozzarella cheese evenly on top
