The oven has been idle for a long time. It’s hot and I’m not in the mood to cook those "complicated" dishes. Okay, I’m lazy.

I stay at home on the weekends and make mushroom baked rice with limited ingredients. I always like to order these when I go out for dinner with friends. Of course I have a strong curiosity about food and I have to try to make it myself.

It’s really nothing complicated, it tastes good, and I ate up the leftovers like this.”

Ingredients

1. Chopped onion, sliced mushrooms, diced small sausage, shredded mozzarella cheese, set aside

2. Heat up the pan, add a proper amount of butter, pour in the chopped onion and fry after it is boiled, then add mushroom slices, sausage diced and various ingredients and fry to create a flavor

3. Add rice and stir fry, stir-fry evenly with all the ingredients, add a small amount of salt, tomato sauce, and finally sprinkle some black pepper

4. Put the fried rice out and spread mozzarella cheese evenly on top

5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the rice in the oven and bake it for about 10 minutes.
