Lazy Claypot Rice
1.
Wash green beans and white rice and set aside.
2.
Wash and slice shiitake mushrooms, dice carrots and set aside
3.
Dice ham, slice or dice bacon and set aside
4.
Press the cooking button on the rice cooker, add a little sesame oil, preheat for two minutes, then add mushrooms and bacon, cover the pot, dry fry for two minutes, then add green beans, carrots, ham, white rice, and other accessories and stir well. Put in an appropriate amount of water (the amount of water is just over the food). Cover the pot, wait for the electric pot to jump to the keep warm button, and simmer for 5 minutes.
5.
Just stir the cooked rice evenly. If you like pepper, add a little to make it more fragrant.
Tips:
1. The key to making cauliflower rice is to put the water for cooking properly. Too little water will cause the rice to be unripe or too hard. Too much water will be too soft and rotten, usually you should be familiar with your commonly used rice cooker, cook until the softness and hardness are moderate, and how much water you need to put in.
2. This dish of rice can be cooked with bacon or sausage. Be careful to cut into small particles and not too fat. Too much fat will make it greasy.
