Lazy Coconut Spicy Curry Rice
1.
Cut potatoes into small cubes (potatoes that are delicious without peeling although they are lazily peeled by the master)
2.
Ham sausage, onion diced, cut out a piece of butter first
3.
Butter pan
4.
After the butter has melted, add the onion diced and stir fry until you can smell a strong onion fragrance
5.
Add the pre-prepared potato diced, ham sausage and quick-frozen vegetable diced and stir fry (fry it for a while, no need to cook)
6.
Pour in the right amount of purified water, then pour some coconut milk, and then wait until the vegetables in the soup are cooked (do not add too much water, or you can drink curry soup)
7.
After it's cooked, add in curry cubes
8.
Turn to low heat, wait for the curry cubes to melt and cook until thick, then pour it on the rice and it’s OK.
Tips:
1. When adding curry cubes, you can turn off the heat first, and then use a spoon to stir the curry to melt quickly, so that the curry will not easily become lumps.
2. Other oils can also be used, but the master thinks that butter is more delicious and the force is higher. (There is also coconut milk or no sugar added!)
