Buy 500g of fresh edamame, wash it, and set aside. (There is no need to remove the white skin on the surface)
2.
Take a clean pot and add cold water, then add the washed edamame, wait for the water to boil and continue to cook for about 10 minutes. After cooking, turn off the heat, let cool, and set aside. (Don’t pour the water used to cook edamame)

After the beans are allowed to cool, take out the soymilk machine to beat the beans.
4.
Beat all the beans into this thick paste and set aside.
5.
Cut the melon into shreds and the garlic sprouts into cubes, set aside.
6.
Take a frying pan and put a proper amount of vegetable oil in the pan. And fired.
7.
When the oil is very hot, add the shredded melon and stir fry, and fry the shredded melon until soft.
8.
After the melon shreds are softened, add the beaten bean paste and continue to stir fry. Wait until the thick pulp and shredded melon are completely fused together. Then keep stirring during this process to avoid splashing the pot and thick slurry hot.
9.
When the bean smell of the beans is completely gone, add garlic seedlings, appropriate amount of monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, salt, pepper powder or grass fruit powder. After stirring evenly, just cook again, and turn off the heat when the garlic sprouts are cooked.
10.
Finally, use a bowl to serve. If you can eat spicy food, chop the red pepper, add MSG, salt, and watercress and dip it in water. (Dip in water can also be prepared according to personal taste).
