Lazy Version-chive Egg Box

Ingredients: leek, spring roll wrappers (spring roll wrappers are usually sold in dumpling wrappers), eggs, shrimp wrappers

Wash the leeks and mince.

Fry the eggs and set aside.

Fried dried shrimp skins in oil.

Put the chopped leeks, shrimp skins, and eggs into a basin, add cooking oil, salt, and five-spice powder.

Mix the fillings well.

Take a spring roll wrapper and spread it out on the chopping board.

Put on the mixed fillings.

Spread a circle of roux around the spring roll wrappers. (Flour and water are mixed to make a roux, forgot to take this step)

Fold one side to the middle and press both sides tightly.

Fold the other side toward the middle, press both sides tightly, and the green leek box will be ready.

Do everything in turn.

Set the baking pan on fire, brush a little oil, and put it in the box.

Fry on low heat, set the shape on one side, turn and fry on the other side, and just cook.
