Lazy Version of Korean Mixed Vegetables

First, soak the dried cassava flour and black fungus in clear water to soften.

Pour all seasonings in the main ingredient except vermicelli into the measuring cup for later use.

Measure all the vegetables in the ingredients and cut them into thin strips for later use.

Wash the black fungus, remove the roots and break off the small flowers for later use.

Fish cakes are like this. Cut into thin strips for later use. You can also use sausages or luncheon meats, pork or beef instead. Fish cakes and sausages, luncheon meats have their own salt. If you use pork or beef, use salt and pepper in advance. Slightly marinate.

Pour the sauce prepared in the main ingredients into the pot that has just fried vegetables, cut the soft soaked tapioca into 3 sections, and cook the vermicelli on medium heat until it tastes. The sauce should not be too dry, like As in the picture on the right, leave some water and turn off the heat.

Pour the previously fried vegetables into the vermicelli pan and mix them quickly with chopsticks. Then use the remaining temperature to quickly stir the raw leeks, taste the saltiness, and add some light soy sauce to taste.
