Lean Meat and Potato Stew

1. Prepare the required ingredients

2. Potatoes and carrots, peeled, washed, diced and set aside

3. Tear the cooked lean meat into shreds by hand

4. Pour the rice into the inner pot of the rice cooker and wash

5. Pour water

6. Add lard to the wok until it melts

7. Add the lean meat and stir-fry into a lean jerky

8. Pour in potatoes, carrots and green beans and stir fry evenly

9. Add table salt
