Lean Meat Porridge

Wash the rice first, put it in a bowl, pour in an appropriate amount of water, then add about 5 grams of sesame oil, stir well and soak for 30 minutes

Pour the lean meat into a small bowl, add a teaspoon of salt, and marinate for about 20 minutes

Pour hot water into the pot and boil over high heat, then pour the marinated lean meat into the pot. Cook for 2 minutes, the lean meat will see a lot of white foam on the surface during the cooking process, and then we use a spoon to skim the surface foam.

Then pour the red pepper. Just keep cooking for about a minute. If you want to taste the porridge with obvious salty taste, you can also add an appropriate amount of salt to the water.

Pour the soaked rice into the rice cooker.

Pour all the ingredients and the boiling soup that have just been cooked in the pot into the pot, and then add water to the water level of 1 cup of rice for the thick porridge
