Lean meat is also a good source of vitamins B1, B2, B12, and PP. The content of vitamin B1 in lean pork is quite high, but it contains very little vitamin A and almost no vitamin C

Lean Meat Soup

1. Spare lean meat

2. Lean meat slices

3. Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, cooking wine and soy sauce

4. Add appropriate amount of water

5. Put it on the steamer

6. Steam for about 30 minutes

7. Skim the floating foam and add chopped green onion

Tips:

After it's steamed, skim off the floating foam
