Lean Pork Boiled Baby Vegetables

Pick the baby cabbage, soak it in salt water for ten minutes, rinse it with water three times, then chop it and drain it for later use

Chopped garlic and set aside

Wash the ginger and slice it for later use

Wash and slice lean meat for later use

Stir-fry the garlic in a hot pan with hot oil

Add baby cabbage and stir well

Add appropriate amount of water and stir fry

Stir in lean meat
9.
Add some salt and light soy sauce and stir fry
10.
Stir-fry until the lean meat is well cooked and the baby cabbage is soft and rotten
Tips:
Baby cabbage will not be too hot and humid by adding ginger
