Lean Pork Congee with Wolfberry Leaves

Wash the rice and put it in a pot.

Cut the lean meat into thin slices, add a small amount of salt, soy sauce, cornstarch, peanut oil, and ginger to marinate. Pick the wolfberry leaves and clean them for later use.

Add the lean meat when the porridge is thick.

After boiling again, continue to boil for tens of seconds.
Tips:
1. Add a small amount of cornstarch when marinating lean meat to make it more tender and smooth.
