Lean Pork Congee with Wolfberry Leaves

Wash the rice and put it in a pot to boil

Cut the lean meat into thin slices, add a small amount of salt, soy sauce, cornstarch, peanut oil, ginger shreds to marinate, pick the wolfberry leaves, clean them and set aside

Add the lean meat when the porridge is thick

Tips:
Add a small amount of cornstarch when marinating lean meat to make it more tender and smooth.
