It’s the easiest way to make lean meat porridge. Today, I added an egg from the refrigerator and chopped green onions from last night’s cooking. It tastes good and very nutritious."

Lean Pork Porridge with Chopped Green Onion and Egg

1. Rinse the rice twice with clean water

2. Add proper amount of boiled water to the rice cooker, cooking mode

3. Wash and slice lean meat for later use

4. Add some oil and salt light soy sauce and stir evenly

5. Cook the porridge, add a small amount of salt

6. Add the marinated lean meat

7. Beat the eggs, mix the yolk and egg whites well

8. While stirring the porridge clockwise, add the egg mixture

9. Wash the green onion, remove the white onion, and diced

10. Power off the rice cooker, add chopped green onion and mix well

Tips:

Beat the eggs first, then pour them into the porridge
