Leek and Egg Dumplings

Tips:
1⃣️ Mix the stuffing and add salt slowly, add less each time, if you don’t have enough, you can add it, if there is more, there is no way...In fact, the chives and eggs don’t need a lot of salt, and if the stuffing is done, just pack it quickly, or else the chives are time. Grow water easily
2⃣️I bought the dumpling wrapper, so you can wrap it when you mix it with the filling. If you make the noodle wrapper yourself, I suggest to mince the leeks and fry the eggs. Don’t put any ingredients on the side and wait until the wrapper is ready. It’s too late to adjust the stuffing
3⃣️The dumpling ingredients I bought are two pieces and 5 packs of Wang Shougeng dumpling ingredients (personally think the ingredients are fragrant). You can also put them in your usual way, as long as the fragrance does not necessarily put this
4⃣️When cooking dumplings, put them in the pot one by one. Don’t put a few into the pot at once. Use a spoon to slowly stir up from the bottom of the pot instead of stirring them. Remember to stir with a spoon.
