Leek and Egg Marinade

Pick the leeks, wash and cut into the end, beat the eggs. 4 spoons of scallion mate bean paste, add 1 spoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of water

Pour the hot oil in a hot pan and beat the eggs, then add the adjusted sauce, stir fry and pour in the minced leeks. Just serve after boiling.

It is delicious with some noodles. The portion I made is enough for a family of three.
