Leek Boiled Clam Meat

Prepared materials.

Wash the leek and cut into sections, and wash the clam meat.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and add the clam meat.

Add the leeks and add salt.
5.
Add pepper powder.

Pour in the cooking wine, bring to a boil, turn to a simmer and stew until the meat is cooked, then add chicken essence.

Serve out of the pot.
Tips:
1) Those with chronic diseases should eat with caution, and those with deficiency of the spleen and stomach should not eat more.
2) Avoid eating clams with escargots, oranges, and celery.
