Leek Box

Add a small amount of water to the flour to form a soft dough and let it rise for 15 minutes. Wash and chop the leeks, fry the eggs and cut into small pieces for later use

Let the eggs cool, add the edible oil, sesame oil, clam powder and appropriate amount of salt together with the chives and shrimp skins and stir well (adding the edible oil and sesame oil first helps to lock the moisture of the leeks)

After kneading the dough fully and smoothly, divide it into several small doses, roll it into a round cake, put the filling into it and wrap it into the shape you like

Heat the pan and brush a layer of cooking oil, and brush the surface of the cake with a layer of oil to lock in the moisture. Bake the cake until it bulges and the skin is golden.
Tips:
Adding edible oil and sesame oil first when mixing stuffing helps to lock the moisture of the leeks
