Leek Dried Beans.

Dry the beans and cut into strips.

Pick and wash the leeks and cut into sections
3.
Chop the green onion, and cut the ginger into thin strips.

Heat oil in a bottom pan, add shredded ginger until fragrant, then add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.
5.
Pour in dried tofu sticks and stir fry for a while.
6.
Pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce for coloring.
7.
Add the leeks and stir-fry for a short time.
8.
Add salt and sugar to taste before serving.
Tips:
There is no need to fry the chives for too long after adding them.
