Leek, Egg and Shrimp Skin Box

Wash the leeks first, cut into small pieces and put them in the container.

Heat the eggs in a frying pan and cut them into egg pancakes, then chop them up and set aside.

Then add the chopped fried eggs.

Add the shrimp skins and stir together.

Add the ginger paste and then add some salt, pepper, olive oil and a little chicken essence.

The dough is kneaded and rolled into a crust.

Add the prepared fillings.

Put another piece of dough on top and close it.

Then use a fork to press out the lace while also tightening the edges.

Heat the electric baking pan and pour a little olive oil into the prepared box.

Fry one side and then fry the other side until both sides are golden brown.
