Leek Fritters Roll
1.
Main ingredients: 200 grams of leeks, 2 eggs, a large fried dough stick, 400 grams of flour. Accessories: vegetable oil, salt, 2 grams of white pepper powder, and appropriate amount of cooked rapeseed oil
2.
Add a little salt to the flour, then add water and stir evenly. Add while stirring. When it becomes a large noodle shape, add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, then knead it into a delicate dough, and put it in a fresh-keeping bag to wake up for more than 1 hour. Then put the awake dough on the chopping board and knead it more, and divide it into small doses.
3.
Then knead it into a dough and knead it into a circle, then place it evenly on a plate, brush it with a layer of cooking oil, cover it and let it rest for about 25 minutes
4.
Wash the leeks, drain the water, and finely chop them, add a spoonful of vegetable oil and stir evenly, so that the leeks will not easily get out of moisture
5.
Cut the fried dough sticks into small cubes to better absorb the juice of the leek
6.
Break the eggs and stir evenly, heat the pan with oil and cool oil, heat the oil to 80% hot, lay the egg liquid, fry until the egg is shaped, stir in one direction with a whisk, and then form the egg diced, remove and cool through
7.
Mix the leeks with fried dough sticks and minced eggs, add pepper and cooked rapeseed oil, and mix well. When wrapping the leek rolls, add salt and mix well, so that moisture is not easy to fry, and the rolls are fresh and delicious.
8.
Put the awake powder on the panel and squeeze it with your hands, then use a rolling pin to roll it into a rectangular dough sheet
9.
Put the leek fried fritters and egg stuffing in the middle of the dough, fold it in half, and seal it in the end. Just do this for each one and set it aside.
10.
Power on the electric baking pan to preheat, brush a layer of cooking oil on the top, press the pie function button, use high heat, add vegetable rolls, without adding the lid of the electric baking pan, just use the function button on the bottom plate to fry
11.
When half of the time is about to fry, apply a layer of cooking oil on it
12.
Then turn over, turn over frequently, and finally fry until both sides are golden brown, and when both sides are swollen, the aroma will appear, which proves that it has been cooked, and the leek strudel is already cooked.
Tips:
1. Don't add more oil when the dough is mixed, so that it is easy to knead the dough, and you can wake up for a while after the dough is made, so that the dough is soft and delicious
2. The leeks are very easy to produce water, so they must be drained and mixed evenly with vegetable oil, so that they are wrapped in oil and not easy to produce water.
3. Add more oil when frying, so that the leek rolls are crispy and delicious
