Leek Omelette

Wash the leeks and drain the water.

Mince the leeks.

Put it in a small pot, and then add 5 eggs. The eggs I used are first-time eggs, which are very small, and 3 normal eggs are enough.

Stir well.

Add salt and stir well. No other seasonings are needed. You can use a little more salt. The leeks are not tasty when they are weak.

Fill the pot with oil and heat, pour the chives and eggs.

Just fry.
8.
Especially fresh.
