Leek Pork Dumplings

Prepare the ingredients, clean the leeks, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and shrimp skins.

Put the minced meat in a large bowl, add minced ginger, cooking wine, pepper and light soy sauce. Pour in the mushroom water a little bit. It can be stirred without any effort. Add sesame oil and mix well.

Tips:
When cooking dumplings, sprinkle some salt in the water to prevent the dumplings from sticking together.
