In the past, the most favorite thing to eat at school was pot stickers, and I liked all kinds of fillings. The burnt aroma is juicy, crispy and delicious, with endless aftertaste. I made it at home today. I made pork leek and zucchini and shrimp skin, one meat and one vegetarian stuffing. It is especially good with soy milk or rice cereal for breakfast.

Ingredients

Leek Pork Pot Stickers

1. A piece of pork is cut into small pieces and then minced into meat.

2. Add appropriate amount of salt, a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of ginger powder and five-spice powder and mix well.

3. Wash a handful of leeks and control the moisture.

4. Chop the leeks and add them to the meat.

5. Stir well, and the pork and chive filling is ready.

6. Rub a zucchini into silk, add some salt to remove the moisture, squeeze the moisture and chop it a bit.

7. Wash two large handfuls of dried shrimp skins with water, and remove the dried water for later use.

8. Put the prepared ingredients into a large bowl, add a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of sesame oil, appropriate amount of salt, and all-spice powder and mix well.

9. Prepare the dumpling wrappers and put the right amount of stuffing on them. I bought ready-made dumpling wrappers today.

10. Fold the dumpling wrapper in half, pinch the stuffing inside, don't close the mouth on both sides.

11. Finish the remaining materials in the same way.

12. Brush the electric baking pan with oil, place the potstickers on top and fry until the bottom is browned.

13. Add an appropriate amount of water and cornstarch to the bowl to make a starchy water.

14. Pour the starch water into the pot stickers and continue to fry until the water is dry and ice blossoms appear. Turn off the heat for 2 minutes.

15. The same method is used to make pot stickers with pork and chive stuffing, they taste very good.

Tips:

The potstickers made in this way are tender on the outside and tender on the inside, juicy and delicious. You can also make the dumpling wrappers yourself, which will taste even better!
