Leek Pot Stickers

Add the flour to the right amount of water and make the dough of moderate hardness, cover it and set it aside to wake up the dough.

Wash the leeks.

Chop the leeks and set aside.

Use an electric meat grinder to grind minced meat into the pork belly and place it in a basin. Then add oil, salt, light soy sauce, five-spice powder, and shallot froth, stir well and set aside.

Pour the chopped leeks into the meat bowl, add an appropriate amount of oil, add an egg, and stir it clockwise. Set aside.

Take out the awake noodles and knead into a long strip, knead it into an equal size agent, and squeeze it.

Use a rolling pin to roll the agent into a moderately thick skin and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and fry on low heat.

Tips:
1. Only mix the meat and the leeks when you want to pack, otherwise it will be juicy and not easy to pack.
2. Add eggs to keep the filling and make the taste more tender.
3. When buying leeks, you should buy small and thin ones and cut them better. Mine is grown by myself.
4. When rolling the skin, it is better to try to make the skin thinner than usual.
