Leek Wonton

Leeks add 1 gram of salt and marinate for three minutes

Squeeze the water in the leeks

Add meat, salt, cooking wine, shrimp powder

Tips:
The shrimp powder is a seasoning I made myself, which supplements calcium and enhances the flavor.
