Leftovers to Cook Porridge

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the glutinous rice first, put it in the pressure cooker together with the leftover rice, cover the pot, and boil on high heat. When the steam comes out, turn off the low heat (I use the 500 temperature of the induction cooker) and press for 10 minutes.

Add a little edible alkali, (if you don't like it, don't add it) and stir well.

The thick and delicious white rice porridge is just fine.

It's great with a little side dish.
