Leishan Fried Razor Clams

Ingredients: Leisun, razor clams (washed and blanched), chives, black bean sauce

Peel the bamboo shoots, cut off the old roots, and clean them.

Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

Place the cut bamboo shoots in a pot of water, blanch for 5 minutes, and then remove them.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched bamboo shoots and razor clams and stir fry.
