Lek Rice

Wash the rice, put it in the pot and cook for 7 or 8 minutes, pour it into the shao-kei and drain, rinse with clean water during the period, keep the rice grains fresh and not sticky.

When cooking the rice, prepare diced carrots, green peas, potato pieces, and diced bacon

Heat the cooking oil in the pan, and pour the potato pieces when 60% of the heat is hot.

Fry until golden brown and remove for later use

Leave a little oil in the pan, add the diced bacon and fry until slightly oily, add green peas and diced carrots, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Pour in the drained rice and all the ingredients, add a little salt, and stir fry together evenly.

Transfer to steamer and steam for about 20 minutes.
8.
Transfer to a preheated casserole.
