Lemon Beer Duck
1.
Clean the duck meat, degrease, and put it in a deep bowl.
2.
Mix lemon juice, ground cumin, half a teaspoon of salt and a little black pepper.
3.
Pour into a bowl and massage the duck meat for a few minutes.
4.
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 6 hours (turn over several times during the period).
5.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, add the duck meat, and fry the duck skin side down for 5-8 minutes. Try to fry the duck out.
6.
Move the fried duck meat to a deep pan, pour the marinated juice, and add beer, half a teaspoon of salt and a little black pepper.
7.
Cover and simmer on low heat for about 40 minutes, turning a few times in between.
8.
Take out the duck meat and let it cool slightly.
9.
Cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
10.
Strain 150ML of stewed duck soup into a small pot and boil, add dark soy sauce to mix, season with salt and black pepper, and finally add cornstarch water to thicken. Just pour the prepared sauce on the duck meat.
