Lemon Biscuits

Prepare the ingredients, cut the butter into small pieces and melt at room temperature

Add powdered sugar and sugar, beat with a whisk

Add eggs and salt and continue to beat

Sift in the starch, mix well until it is not particularly sticky, put it in a plastic wrap to shape (whatever shape you like) put it in the refrigerator and freeze for more than 1 hour

Take out from the refrigerator and cut into small pieces of 0.5 cm. The thickness should be even. The oven can be baked at 165 degrees for 20 minutes (the time depends on the performance of your own oven)
Tips:
The biscuits always melted a little when I bake them before, but later I checked some tips to prevent this
1. The temperature should not be too low when baking
2. Don't always turn on the oven while baking
3. Be sure to freeze in the refrigerator for more than an hour
