Lemon Chicken Feet

Remove the fingernails of the chicken feet, put it under boiling water, and remove it.

Put the chicken feet water in the pot again, add a few slices of ginger and garlic, cover the pot, and cook for about 10 minutes.

Remove and drain the water.

Cut into small pieces, put in a glass bowl, add a little apricot wine, and add lemon slices.

Add a little salt, light soy sauce, shredded pepper and onion, ice cubes, stir, put in the refrigerator for about half an hour before eating.
