Lemon Chicken Feet

Clean the chicken feet and cut off the nails

Put the chicken feet, cooking wine and ginger slices into the pot, add the water that has not covered the chicken feet, and boil for about 7 minutes.

Soak the cooked chicken feet in ice water immediately. You can change the water several times. After it's cold, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour

Juice one lemon, slice one, cut pepper into small circles, squeeze garlic

Put the rice vinegar, balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, lemon juice and white sugar in a bowl, and stir with egg soy until the sugar dissolves

Put the chicken feet in the sauce bowl, add lemon slices, pepper rings and garlic, mix well

Put the plastic wrap on it and put it in the refrigerator. You can eat it in three hours; but I am used to eating it again the next day.

Tips:
Don’t cook the chicken feet for too long, just cook it. You can also put millet or pickled peppers
