Lemon Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings and make two cuts on both sides

Cut lemon in half

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine to the chicken wings, then squeeze into lemon juice

Grab it with your hands and marinate for 4 hours

Heat the pan and fry the chicken wings (don’t pour out the sauce)

Fry until golden on both sides

Add green onion, ginger, fennel and stir fragrant

Add the seasoning for the marinated chicken wings, then add lemon zest, if the seasoning juice is not enough, you can add some water

Add sugar, turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes

Cut half a lemon and put on a plate

Collect the juice over the fire, don’t collect the soup, you can use bibimbap
Tips:
Cut off the white stuff inside the lemon, otherwise it will have a bitter taste.
