Lemon Crispy Lotus Root

Peel the lotus root, cut into thin slices, soak in clean water, and cut green and red peppers into small pieces.

Take a small bowl and add a spoonful of lemon juice.

Add two spoons of sugar.

Add a pinch of salt.

Add chicken essence and stir well for later use.

Pour oil in the wok and sauté the chopped green onions and ginger.

Add lotus root and stir fry.

Pour in the mixed juice.

Add a little water and stir fry for 3 minutes,

Pour the green and red pepper diced and stir-fry well.

Finally, add a little water starch and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
1. When the lotus root is soaked, you can add a few drops of white vinegar to the water to prevent the lotus root from turning black and increase its crisp and refreshing taste.
2. The flavor of the seasoning juice can be adjusted by yourself. If there is no lemon juice, white vinegar can be used instead.
