Lemon Passion Chicken Feet
1.
Wash the chicken feet and cut off the nails (the larger ones can be chopped in half), put in a pot of cold water, add a few slices of ginger, a little cooking wine, and boil for 5-10 minutes.
2.
Wash the coriander and cut into small sections, slice the millet into rings, chop the garlic cloves, and slice the lemon for later use.
3.
Take the cooked chicken feet out and soak them in ice water.
4.
Take an empty bowl and put garlic, coriander, spicy millet, lemon slices (reserve a few slices for later), passion fruit pulp, then add light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, chili oil, small green orange and cut into a small mouth, squeeze into the green Orange juice, stir well.
5.
Remove the chicken feet soaked in ice water, drain the water, put it in the prepared sauce, stir evenly, and finally spread a few slices of lemon, and keep it in the refrigerator for more than 6 hours.
Tips:
1. The large chicken feet can be cut in half, which makes it easier to taste. If you like a bit crisper and taste, you can cook it for 5-6 minutes, and if you want a softer one, you can cook it for 10 minutes.
2. There is no need to add little green orange.
3. The sauce can be adjusted according to your own taste and the amount of chicken feet.
