Lemongrass Grilled Chicken Wings
1.
Wash the chicken wings with clean water and drain the water for later use. I used whole chicken wings, so I cut off the chicken drumsticks.
2.
Chop the lemongrass, red pepper, and garlic, and put them in the chicken wings.
3.
Pour light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, crushed black pepper and cooking oil into the chicken wings in turn.
4.
Mix all the seasonings and mix well, spread them evenly on the chicken wings, and give the chicken wings a full body massage. If you use the whole broiler chicken, you can stuff part of the seasoning into the belly of the chicken. It is best to cover with plastic wrap and put the chicken wings in the refrigerator to marinate for more than 6 hours or 12 hours.
5.
After the chicken wings are marinated, take them out. Before roasting, remove the minced lemongrass on the surface of the chicken wings, and place the chicken wings in a baking tray. If you don't remove the lemongrass, the lemongrass will burn easily when roasting, which will affect the taste.
6.
Preheat the oven in advance, heat up and down at 200 degrees, and bake for about 30 minutes. If the oven has a hot air mode, you can use this mode, which will cook more evenly. If you roast the whole chicken, the roasting time should be extended appropriately.
7.
When the halfway bake reaches 15 minutes, you can brush a little honey water on the chicken wings, and then turn them over and bake them. If you find it troublesome, you can omit the step of brushing honey water.
8.
After the chicken wings are grilled, take them out and eat them while they are hot. They are fresh and juicy, fragrant and spicy, and have a hint of lemon scent. Children like it the most.
Tips:
1. The chicken wings can be replaced with boy chicken, pork chop, etc. If there is no oven, it can be fried or fried.
2. Remember to remove the lemongrass on the surface of the chicken wings when baking.
