Lentil Braised Noodles

Wash and shred the beans, cut the pork belly into strips, slice the green onion and ginger, and mince the garlic.

Shake the noodles dry and put the flour into the steamer to cook and set aside

Pour the oil into the pot and heat it up, deep-fry the lentil shreds with ginger and pour out the water for later use.

Pour oil into the pot and heat up, add pepper and star anise to fry it fragrant, filter out the spices, add green onion, ginger, pork belly and stir fragrant, then pour shredded beans and stir-fry evenly add seasonings to taste. Add hot water, add the steamed noodles after the water is boiled, spread the lid and simmer for 10 minutes to collect the juice, sprinkle in the minced garlic, and take it out of the pot.
