Lentil Braised Noodles

1. After washing the lentils, tear off the fibers on both sides, and then break them into 3-4 cm long sections

2. Cut the pork belly into thin slices

3. Sprinkle some cooking oil on the noodles in advance and mix it with your hands.

4. Then pour a little base oil into the wok, and when the oil is 40-50% hot, add the sliced green onion and ginger and let it go to the pan.

5. Add sliced pork belly and stir fry quickly. When the meat changes color, pour in rice wine and soy sauce and stir fry.

6. Then put in the beans, pour in the water that has just covered the beans, leave some soup after the pot is boiled, pour the remaining soup into a small bowl and set aside

7. Spread the noodles flat on the lentils, cover the pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes (pour the soup in the small bowl into the pot every two minutes)

8. Put the garlic diced that has been marinated with sesame oil and salt before out of the pan, and mix well.
