I usually deep-fried some crispy meat and meatballs at home... When you don’t have time to make a meal, you can make crispy meatball soup, which is convenient and delicious... This is a vegan soup, but it’s so delicious...~\(≧▽≦ )/~La la la"

Let Children Fall in Love with Vegetables: Colorful Meatball Soup

1. Wash and crush tofu, peel and wash 1 carrot, and chop;

2. Tofu, chopped carrots, starch, salt, pepper, and pepper powder, mix well;

3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the hot pot to heat, turn to medium heat, quickly put finger-sized tofu balls into the pot and fry until golden and remove;

4. 2 carrots and 1 green bamboo shoot, peeled and washed separately;

5. Cut carrots and green bamboo shoots into cubes of appropriate size, and cut each cube into spheres as much as possible;

6. Put vegetable balls in the pot, then put the tofu balls, and pour an appropriate amount of water;

7. Then enlarge the onion, ginger, star anise, salt;

8. Bring to a boil and cook until cooked through.

Tips:

The vegetable balls I make are relatively small. If you make bigger ones, you should cook the vegetable balls first, and then put the tofu balls.
