Lettuce

Peel the lettuce and cut into slices.

Add a spoon of salt to the boiling water pot, pour the lettuce and blanch for 1~2 minutes, remove the cold water and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot (30% hot), pour it into a bowl with dried chili and Chinese pepper to make a paste of chili oil.

Add sliced garlic, sliced ginger, spring onion, fresh pepper and stir-fry to the base oil left in the pot, add a little fish sauce, light soy sauce and pepper oil, stir-fry evenly to become the sauce.

Add chili oil and sauce to the lettuce slices and stir evenly. Finally, sprinkle with millet pepper and add a few drops of sesame oil.
