Lettuce in Oyster Sauce

The lettuce leaves are separated, washed and drained. This is autumn lettuce grown by my sister's family, which is especially crisp and refreshing.

Wash the green and red peppers, peel and wash the garlic.

Chop green peppers, red peppers, and garlic separately.

Add the right amount of water to the wok, add a few drops of vegetable oil to a boil, add the lettuce and blanch it for a few seconds, and remove it immediately. Use cold water to control water.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, sauté allspice and garlic, add chopped green and red pepper and stir fry.

Take a small bowl and mix the oyster sauce, light soy sauce, starch and 2 tablespoons of cold water, stir well, and pour into the pot to cook the sauce.

Just pour the oyster sauce sauce on the lettuce.
