Then rub some cucumber shreds and put on the cold skin sliced into strips, add some June fresh soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and salt to mix and it's done.

Pour out the clear water on the surface of the deposited noodle soup and prepare a pot of boiling water, an iron pan and a basin of cold water.

Pour the prepared noodle soup into an iron pan, just cover the bottom of the pan, put it in a pot of boiling water, cover it, and cook for about 1 minute. Take it out and put it in a basin of cold water to easily remove it.

Brush a layer of oil on the surface of the finished Liangpi to prevent it from sticking together.
